The Corn: a tradition that symbolizes the value
we place on caring
When Dymotek was established in 1990, the founding brothers maintained a family tradition of farming corn to benefit friends and family. They continued to farm the remaining land as a hobby in their spare time, donating the harvest to the employees, their families, and visiting clients. The sharing of the corn was motivated by belief in a simple founding principal: In the end, it is sincere caring that will make the most difference. In business—and in life.
Throughout the years, Dymotek has enjoyed steady growth in both size and service capabilities. But while many things have evolved and changed, the company belief in caring has remained constant. Today, the remaining fields are still plowed, planted, and harvested by Dymotek's founders.
The Sharing of the corn is a gesture that continues to provide for employees, friends, and Dymotek visitors from July through October. A constant reminder of the importance that caring makes in every service we provide our clients.
