Our molding strengths are enhanced through secondary assembly operations,
such as heat staking, ultra-sonic welding, riveting, and printing, all carefully coordinated within minutes from when a part leaves the mold. Total precision throughout all molding and assembly stages is also assured through controlled inspection. Advanced Acu-Gage optical device with measuring accuracy to
.0005 of an inch (.0127 mm) is used to ensure crucial tolerances are strictly adhered to.
