Assembly of molded plastic parts is an intricate part of the total molding solution Dymotek provides. We go beyond viewing assembly as secondary, and instead will work to integrate plastic part assembly into the total molded part process whenever possible.

Part of our scientific approach to providing a seamless molding process, we consider how the use of multiple-cell molding and assembly, 2-shot molding, insert molding, heat staking, ultrasonic welding, riveting, printing, and more can be coordinated with the aid of computer-monitored and precise robotic transfer and assembly.
